I can’t understand the fascination with mayonnaise. I go into a sandwich shop and i tell the guy, no mayo. And what does he do…? He lays the mayo. It’s so predictable…like the sandwich maker himself with his bad beard, converse tennis shoes and shirt that looked as if it hadn’t seen a washing machine in months. The annoying thing is the assumption that everyone likes this stuff. I’ve always been partial to mustard…regular mustard, like French’s…and not the Dijon stuff. To me, mayonnaise serves no purpose but to create more mayonnaise, if that makes any sense.
